Made-to-Order Items

Many products are manufactured specifically for a customer’s order. These are stated ‘made to order’ in the product description. We can only accept these goods back if they are faulty, and not for any other reason.
All our upholstery fabrics are Medium Hazard to Ignition Source 5 level.
